Version 1.2.3 Patch today at 5:48PM HKT/GMT +8

We will be patching a new build today, version 1.2.3 at 5:48PM HKT/GMT +8. All servers will be down for 15 minutes. Game servers will resume at 6:03PM HKT/GMT +8.
